Daniel D’Ottavio is a commercial photographer based in New York City, working principally within the intersection of fashion and sport.
Daniel’s atypical approach to sports photography resists the lure of automatic focus and high-powered lenses in favor of a “slower” aesthetic, achieving a look that feels at once contemporary and of a different time.
His first monograph, RUGBY, was published by Silas Finch in 2010.
